Masterplug Christmas Shutdown 2024

Important information about Masterplug's annual Christmas shutdown 2024

As Christmas festivities will soon be upon us, we want to inform you of our operational schedule for 2024.

Any orders requiring pre-Christmas delivery must be placed prior to 12:00 PM on Friday, 20th December.

All orders placed after this date will not be guaranteed for pre-Christmas delivery.

Our Offices close at 16:00 PM on Tuesday 24th December.

Please be advised, that we will be undertaking our annual stock-take between; Monday 23rd December - Sunday 5th January, and will be closed for dispatches and collections.

Our customer services team will still be available to answer your queries. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Normal operations will re-commence on Monday 6th January
